Hi everyone, my name is Alexis Schmidt and I currently serve as the 4-H Extension Assistant in Fillmore County for Nebraska Extension. One of my favorite parts of this role is listening to the ideas/concerns of Fillmore County families and then take action towards those ideas/concerns. I feel like this skill among others I have are a great fit for sharing out the works of the senate as well as listening to the ideas/concerns of the staff I represent. If nominated, I will work hard to learn about the ins and outs of the senate, share out the senate work to my colleagues throughout the state, and voice ideas/concerns to help progress the works of the senate.
