Award Recipients
The Staff Senate Presidential Citation Award for Excellence recognizes deserving offices, departments and units for going above and beyond to improve the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The award is conferred by the Staff Senate President and is reviewed and awarded by the Staff Senate Recognition Committee. Recipients receive a framed certificate and are invited to a Staff Senate Assembly meeting to be recognized.
Details and Eligibility
Eligibility:
Any office, department, or unit at UNL or within Nebraska Extension are eligible to be recognized. Nominees must not have received the award within the last year.
Recognition Criteria:
- Any office, department, or unit at UNL or within Nebraska Extension are eligible to be nominated.
- Nominations may be made on a self-nominated basis or by others who want to recognize a specific office , department, or unit for their work.
- Please include a written statement demonstrating how the work carried out by the office, department, or unit has improved staff interests and positively impacted UNL.
