I have been with the University of Nebraska for 16 years, dedicating seven of those years to the Biosystems Engineering Department as a Research Laboratory Manager II before transitioning to the Office of Research & Innovation. My passion for research and the exceptional individuals at UNL drives my commitment to supporting the university community. In my efforts to enhance staff engagement, I contributed to the IANR Staff Council Exploratory Committee, which played a key role in drafting and launching the IANR Staff Council. Additionally, I served as the chair of the BSE Staff Success Committee. As a member of the Staff Senate, I will advocate for both research and administrative staff, ensuring their perspectives are represented and their contributions recognized. Thank you for your support!
