I am happy to accept the nomination for Staff Senate. I started working at UNL in 1995, spending time in several different departments (International Affairs, Undergraduate Admissions, and the Explore Center) and have had the privilege to work with many great people. I am currently a Senior Academic Advisor in the College of Arts and Sciences, advising Political Science, Economics, National Security Studies, and the Public Policy Certificate. I believe in the mission of our institution and the importance of the work we do. I want to help ensure that everyone feels supported in their work and empowered to be their best self. I am happy to give some of my time towards those efforts.
