I have been passionate about campus since my siblings attended UNL. As a UNL parent it matters to me what happens here. I attended UNK and worked in the administration office, gaining valuable knowledge about the university system. Through my eight years at the University of Nebraska Foundation (College of Business development team) I learned about the various colleges, their leadership and their staff. I also learned the importance of teamwork and that everyone plays a part no matter the size of the contribution. This is very similar to the 2025 Strat Plan. It is my goal that while sharing my voice that I will proudly represent the Center for Brain, Biology and Behavior, as well as the Department of Research and Innovation. I intend to be an engaged member of UNL Staff Senate and look forward to collaborating with other personnel to discuss current issues and policies as well as cultivating new, transformative ideas. It is important to me to make an impact by leaving things better than they were found.
