I currently serve as the Integrated Technologies Specialist for Nebraska Extension, part of the Institute of Agriculture & Natural Resources, with nearly 10 years of experience at the University. My journey began in 2015 as Supervisor of the Service Desk within University Operations, where I developed a strong commitment to customer service, advocacy, and problem-solving. Over the years, building meaningful relationships across campus has been key to increasing awareness and driving change.
Working within organizations that support operational, teaching, and engagement needs has provided valuable insight into balancing institutional goals with staff needs. Advocating for stakeholders and challenging the status quo have helped introduce new ideas and improve processes for better outcomes. Integrity and accountability are central to my leadership style—embracing difficult conversations and fostering collaboration to create ethical, sustainable solutions.
If elected, I will be an advocate for staff concerns, ensuring positive relationships with leadership so staff voices are considered and acted upon to achieve the best possible outcomes for all.
