As someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships and fostering collaboration across campus, I am passionate about creating a stronger, more connected university community. My background in strengths-based development has allowed me to help embed a culture where individuals and teams can maximize their potential. Throughout my time at the University, I have partnered with staff, faculty, and students to advocate for their needs, enhance engagement, and cultivate an environment where everyone feels valued. Serving on Staff Senate would be an opportunity to give back my time and expertise to the University, ensuring that staff voices are heard and that we continue to grow as a campus that prioritizes both personal and professional development.
