In my time as Assistant Director of Recruitment at the University's College of Business, I have had the opportunity to work with diverse students, faculty, and staff, growing a deep understanding of our institution's strengths and areas for potential improvement. In my role I have been able to connect with others, promote collaboration, and support efforts to deliver a positive experience for our students on campus. I am passionate about bringing positivity to our campus and ensuring that all staff members feel valued, heard, and included. I plan to bring a unique perspective that incorporates many of the insights I have gained working in the undergraduate recruitment field. By being a member of the Staff Senate, I hope to advocate for my colleagues, fostering an environment that creates an inclusive space where everyone's voice can be heard.
