I am honored to be nominated for Staff Senate at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. My passion for serving and my ability to listen, understand concerns and work to find effective solutions would be a good fit for this role. As someone that values collaboration and open communication, I want to ensure that staff feel heard and appreciated by addressing and supporting the needs of the university community. By serving on the Staff Senate, I hope to contribute to creating a supportive and dynamic work environment that fosters professional development and promotes collaboration.
