Madeline has worked with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since 2023, focusing on sustainability data, analysis, reporting, and communication. She collaborates across campus to track progress toward university stewardship and sustainability goals, managing key reporting efforts, and engaging the UNL community in sustainability initiatives. Madeline is passionate about fostering a trusting and positive workplace culture where all staff feel valued and supported. She is running for Staff Senate to help advocate for institutional policies that enhance staff well-being and ensure that UNL remains a great place to work and grow.
