With over a decade of experience in higher education, I have dedicated my career to supporting and advancing the work of staff. During this time, I have served exclusively in staff roles, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities we face. For the past seven years, I have had the privilege of overseeing staff, allowing me to be a champion for professional growth, workplace improvements, and collaboration across departments. As a graduate of UNL, I am passionate and committed to supporting and advocating for staff across our institution. It would be an honor to serve as a representative for my colleagues and help shape a stronger future for all staff members.
