Hello, my name is Megan Ebbers and I am grateful to be nominated for another term on the Staff Senate. I served a one-year term from July 2023-July 2024. I was a member of the Personnel Affairs Committee with an invested interest in working with departments to establish strong career ladders as paths for promotion and employee development. I have worked at the University for 11 years in both office/service and managerial/professional roles. My current role includes extensive day-to-day interactions with students, staff and faculty over a multitude of departments which helps to provide a lot of insight on the current concerns and success of our university.
