As a dedicated member of the Pound Business Cooperative with over a year of experience in the College of Arts & Sciences, I have gained valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities our staff encounter every day. In my role as President of the CAS Staff Council, I have had the privilege of directly engaging with staff and organizing staff development workshops that foster growth and collaboration. I am passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive work environment where open communication and teamwork thrive. I am running for Staff Senate to advocate for my colleagues, ensuring their voices are heard and their concerns addressed effectively. I am committed to building a workplace where every contribution is valued, and staff development and well-being are prioritized.
