As Senior Researcher at Institutional Effectiveness and Analytics, I work with departments, programs, committees and sub-committees across campus as they make data driven decisions. Through the informal interactions that arose over the years, I have come to understand how underlying issues like lack of career advancement; lack of communication; and work-life balance can impact staff morale and well-being. I would appreciate the chance to represent UNL staff and work with existing Staff Senate members as they continue to address issues related to staff.
