Akeem (Aj) Holmes is the Sr. Assistant Director for the Next Chapter Program. In this role, the Next Chapter Team provides College and Career Readiness lessons, activities, resources, experiences, and opportunities to the students to prepare them for their post-secondary endeavors. The reasons Aj is interested in running for staff senate to advocate for staff, students, and many experiences at the university. Also, Aj plans to collaborate with other staff senates for the betterment of the university and networking opportunities for staff and students. Lastly, Aj will innovate a positive impact while creating new resources for student and staff.
