Title: Human Resources Specialist

Bio: My name is Brittany Kruckman, and I serve as an HR Specialist with the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Police Department. In my role, I work closely with staff and leadership on policies, procedures, and employee support, ensuring processes are clear, compliant, and people centered. I am passionate about serving the broader UNL community and believe strong communication and thoughtful policy development are key to fostering a positive and productive workplace. I am interested in serving on Staff Senate to advocate for staff perspectives, support collaboration across departments, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen our university community.
