Bio: I am honored to seek your support for re-election to the Staff Senate, currently serving as your Vice President for Internal Affairs. Having previously served as the Vice President for External Affairs and Co-Chair of the Communications Committee, I possess a deep, multi-faceted understanding of our organization’s operations and potential. In my role within Organizational Development and Training, I see firsthand the importance of developing and empowering staff to effectively contribute to the mission of the University. My current focus is on building a sustainable foundation for the Senate’s future; this includes leading initiatives to support Lead Senators, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every committee, and authoring a comprehensive Staff Senate Operations Manual to ensure institutional knowledge is preserved. As the architect of our district meetings initiative, I am committed to bridging the gap between leadership and the frontline staff experience and would like to continue serving as a proactive, organized, and dedicated voice for all university staff.
