Job title: Administrative Support Associate, HRTM

Bio: I’m excited to run for a second term representing District 6 on the UNL Staff Senate. I began my UNL career in 1998 in Undergraduate Admissions before moving to the Department of Nutrition and Health Sciences in 2006 to support the launch of the Hospitality, Restaurant and Tourism Management program. With our program’s recent move to the Scarlet Hotel, I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to work across all three campuses and build strong connections with colleagues throughout the university no matter where they work. These relationships help me advocate effectively for staff in every corner of UNL. During my first term, I served on the Elections Committee, where I worked to promote engagement and encourage others to get involved in Staff Senate. I love the opportunity to help others become engaged in what happens where they work.
