Bio: On the frontline of student interactions as the current Residence Director of Schramm Hall, Logan is running for staff senate to utilize his background in student government and strategic communications for his colleagues. Logan has led in many disciplines when he served as Interim Chair for Ways and Means, Chair of Academic Affairs, and as Election Commissioner for the University of Central Oklahoma Student Association. Logan worked directly with the President, Vice President, and Provost of UCO to streamline communication between the President’s Cabinet and Student, Staff, and Faculty senates during a period of unrest and uncertainty pertaining to UCO’s most recent budget crisis that successfully satisfied protestors and university stakeholders. In Logan’s final year with UCOSA, he was voted by University Administration “Chair of the Year” for his collaborative approach to communication and transparency among the university governing bodies, as well as his work revitalizing the UCOSA election process and experience.
