As an Administrative Coordinator with over 15 years of experience, I have developed a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities staff face in their daily work. My extensive experience in administrative coordination has provided me with valuable insights into the diverse needs of our staff community, and I am eager to leverage this knowledge to make meaningful contributions through the Staff Senate. I am deeply passionate about pursuing consistent and equitable supervisory practices, advocating for an environment that fosters fairness, inclusion and provides equal opportunities for growth.
